Payzant Building Products Limited is currently seeking applications to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk.
This is a permanent position working 8-5, Monday to Friday.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Posting cash receipts.
- Provide a high level of customer service to prospective customers, sales representatives and various internal departments.
- Contact existing customers for payment, by phone or mail.
- Taking incoming calls or office visits from customers inquiring about their accounts.
- Negotiating suitable repayment arrangements.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Basic accounting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties.
- Excellent customer services skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to reconcile accounts.
- Keyboarding skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (word/excel).
- Collection experience is an asset.
