Enjoy working with Clients “hands on”?  Have experience working with customer service?  Worked in a sales environment?  Have some medical terminology knowledge?  No longer wish to be in that Call Centre Environment?  Then this is the Client and the Career Opportunity for you

The ideal candidate is something with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both on the phone and in face-to-face client situations.  The successful candidate will be outgoing, have a positive attitude be professional and dedicated.

The successful incumbent will be facilitating orders from all clients (both business and consumer).  Providing quotes, customer service and warranty follow-up are a few of the key points to your daily work load.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Customer Service Field
• Mix of experience or transferable skills in both medical terminology and inside sales
• Strong computer skills
• Commanding knowledge of the English language
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
