Miramichi Regional Health Authority has an immediate requirement for Temporary Part Time (.5) Administrative Support Professionals within Community Mental Health Services. The successful candidate will provide bilingual reception, switchboard and secretarial support for the department.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a one-year post secondary administrative program or one year direct experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to type 50 words per minute.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Good work and attendance record.
- Proficiency in both official languages with a demonstrated level 2+ or higher in French oral Proficiency testing.
