Miramichi Regional Health Authority has two full time Registered Nurse (RN2) opportunities on our 2West Medical/Stepdown Unit. The successful candidate will participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of total nursing care to meet the individual needs of patients on the 2West Medical /Stepdown Unit.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be licensed with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick
- Rhythm Interpretation Course (BCMI) required within 6 months.
- ACLS certification required within one year.
- Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR) and recertified yearly as a condition of employment.
- Recent experience in the cardiac field of nursing
- One (1) year experience in ER/CCU or 2 West in the past 3 years.
- One of the vacancies requires fluency in both official languages with a demonstrated level 2+ or higher in French Oral Proficiency Testing.
