Beginning 2008-2009 School Year

Applicants must have:

• Commitment to students.
• Knowledge appropriate to school level and job position requirements.
• Strong curricular and assessment background.
• Sound interpersonal, communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education, Certificate V
• Familiarity and competency with curriculum and programs for Grade 3-5 level.
• Minimum linguistic proficiency of “Advanced Plus” on the New Brunswick Second Language Proficiency Scale is required to teach in the Intensive French Program.  A copy of the oral French Proficiency Certificate must be included with the application.

The successful candidates will be required to attend a 5-day Intensive French training program.
