River Valley Health has an immediate opportunity for a temporary part-time (0.6 FTE) Licensed Practical Nurse with the Veterans Health Unit in Fredericton.

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care for residents in a geriatric setting as delegated by a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:

• Current registration with ANBLPN
• Current BCLS Certification – C level
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to work well under the direction of the Registered Nurse and to respond to rapidly changing priorities
