My client, a leading Atlantic Canadian based Business to Business sales organization, is currently seeking experienced sales professionals or recent post secondary graduates who desire a sales career that offers excellent earning potential, educational opportunities and career advancement in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Employ effective sales techniques to match your product and services to specific client needs
- Identify and develop proposals for prospective accounts and secure them as new customers
- Ongoing review and support of client's needs and exceeding their expectations with overall level of service provided
Skills & Abilities:
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude
- Keen desire to be involved in a sales driven business
- Demonstrate knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to understand the concept of selling "tailored services" which match specific client needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
- Minimum 1 year business to business account management sales experience
- Valid General Insurance and industry accreditations such as CAIB & CIP would be considered assets to this position
