IT Support / Network Administrator

This position is for motivated IT professionals with an attention for detail and organization.

You will be a great fit for this job if:

• You work well within an office structure to help with user-level IT problems, have desktop hardware knowledge, and strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
• You have established experience with Microsoft networking environment, including XP, 2003/Small Business Server, mail, database, and firewall products
• You have experience with data backup and management
• You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical problems in a vocabulary that everyone can understand
