The people we're looking for are innovative, have the ability to take initiative, work independently, demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and seek challenges.  They must possess leadership skills and be team-oriented.

Because we operate a high-speed manufacturing plant, we need people with strong mechanical aptitudes.  Typical academic backgrounds include:  a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical), or Trades Qualification.  Candidates will have at least three-to-five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.  In addition, we need individuals with exceptional employee-relations skills and experience managing in a unionized workforce.
