Job Summary:
The incumbent will participate in the planning, organization, delivery and evaluation of nursing care services, in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, and policies of the Acadie-Bathurst Health Authority, the Enfant Jésus RHSJ† CHC and the Nursing Department.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform in stressful situations and to set priorities;
- Knowledge of French essential; knowledge of English considered an asset;
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge;
- Ability to communicate with patients, the general public, co-workers, community organizations and the medical staff;
- Ability to function efficiently within an interdisciplinary team;
- Problem-solving skills.
