Our client, has an immediate opening for a receptionist/office administrator to work in their corporate office in Dieppe.

Job requirements will include but not be limited to:

  • switchboard operation
  • greeting customers and clients in reception area
  • expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (EXCEL, Outlook Express and Word specifically)
  • the ability to multitask
  • very detail oriented
  • the ability to handle a high volume of calls daily 
  • sorting and distributing email (Outlook Express)
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a receptionist role
  • must be able to produce standard business forms and letters
  • the knowledge to create and maintain spreadsheets
  • filing, faxing, ordering office supplies as required
