Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Implementation Specialist to join the BelTek Client Services division.  Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Implementation Specialist will work closely with the Client Services team to manage and deploy various projects focusing on the BelTek Systems Design suite of products.  These services will include system implementation, data conversion, training, project management, ad-hoc report creation, and consulting.  The ideal person will have a diverse background that includes some accounting knowledge, development skills, and a good understanding of information systems.  International travel is an extensive component of this position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide various services to new/existing clients.
• Managing all aspects of a project and facilitating software deployment through the various project lifecycles.
• Analyzing technical problems, and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Preference will be given to individuals with 5 years experience in a developer/implementation and/or project management role.   
• Preference will be given to individuals with experience and or knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Mobile and a background in ad-hoc report creation.  
• Good understanding of wireless technologies.
• Innovative thinking.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and group skills.
• Very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Certifications in Microsoft would be considered an asset.
• Candidates must have a designation in Business Administration, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of experience in these areas.
