Our client, a national shipping company, has an immediate need for an energetic and highly organized individual to join their dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work at their Dieppe terminal. This could lead to full time permanent employment for the successful candidate, enjoying a Monday – Friday shift with excellent wages and benefits.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional service to customers in a professional manner to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Position requires pro-active problem solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Candidate must enjoy working in a high volume center at a fast pace, and have exceptional computer skills.
