Overview:

As an Inbound Call Centre Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer accounts and inquiries including account maintenance and billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the needs of the customer are met and that service is dispatched or processed and the customer is kept apprised of the status of their service requested.
  • Ensure retention of existing customers, sell and promote value-added products and services.
  • Follow up and communicate with specific departments for escalation and resolution of more complex problems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year inbound call center and/or sales and/or customer service experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills both verbal and written in English is required.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
  • Must be computer literate: Strong-keyboarding skills within a Windows environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented office.
  • Strong multi-tasking, negotiation and decision-making skills are required.
  • Must be flexible to work shifts as required (days, evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays).
