Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Brovada Technologies, an innovative software development company and winner of the Saint John Board of Trade's 2005 Outstanding Business Award for Emerging Enterprise, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at the Moncton Office.

This position is for first level support and may also involve assisting the sales team in the province of Quebec.  Prior experience working at an insurance company or with insurance software applications would be a definite asset.  This is a full time position.  We provide very competitive compensation and benefits. Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximize client satisfaction by providing high-quality, proactive support to existing Brovada clients;
  • Professionally handle incoming support request from clients;
  • Increase effective product usage by raising awareness and conducting training sessions over the phone;
  • Occasional interaction with customers for sales opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • IT degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution;
  • Proficiency in French and English is necessary;
  • Resourceful and creative troubleshooting skills;
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships;
  • Ability and drive to perform in a fast-paced start-up environment with multiple tasks;
  • Ability to adapt to a new and changing environment;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule;
  • May require some travel;
  • Excellent communication skills.
