Job Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance Representatives provide roadside assistance to callers by identifying the problem and dispatching the appropriate service solution to members across Canada and the U.S.
Job Requirements:
This position is ideal for someone who can empathize with callers and solve their problems, getting them safely on their way with minimal delay. Strong communication and computer skills are necessary to excel in this stable, team-oriented work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
The starting wage for this position is $11.50 per hour. Representatives are reviewed every 6 months for wage increases.
