Dispatch Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for support for technicians in the field, providing information services and direction in a fast pace environment.

Requirements

Education:

• a high school diploma, or equivalent work experience

Skills:

• exceptional customer service skills
• outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with business maturity and a positive, professional attitude
• excellent tact, discretion and integrity to effectively interface with personnel at all levels internally and externally, and to carefully handle information of a highly confidential nature
• ability to successfully handle administrative details and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision

This professional must be available for weekends as needed, and have an excellent prior attendance and punctuality record.
