Job Purpose:

To holistically coordinate the care of each patient, incorporating the nursing profession's values of knowledge, theory and practice.  To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the needs of patients and significant others in the delivery of care and collaborate with all members of the interdisciplinary team in this approach.

Essential Qualifications: 

• Registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick and any education and skills as may be required by the position assignment. 
• Written and spoken competence in English is required.
• Current ACLS or willing to obtain within six (6) months.
• Mentally and physically able to perform assigned duties. 
• Good previous work records and the ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• All mandatory certifications must be up to date, including BLS.
