| The Ideal Candidate |
The ideal candidate will have two years or more of inside sales experience, a proven track record in prospecting leads and developing pitches and proposals, an upbeat attitude with energetic and articulate phone presentation as well as superior written and verbal English communication skills. |
| Job Description |
The Inside Sales Representative promotes and completes sales of the company's products to potential and existing business clientele. This position performs sales tactics in order to meet and exceed sales standards set both individually and by the company. |
| Responsibilities |
Responsabilities include:
Build, manage and maintain strategic relationships with clients. Call prospects in support of direct mailings. Prospect, build business relationships and pursue new sales opportunities. Educate and consult with prospective customers on how to better market themselves with the company's products and services. Initiate a high daily volume of outbound calls per day within an identified market and meet monthly revenue targets. Place follow up calls to clients as required. Qualify and convert a realistic percentage of calls to sales. Manage an electronic database of contacts and results. .Update the company's Enterprise Management System (TEMS) as required. Perform and assume related duties as assigned. Travel as required.

| Requirements |
Job requirements:
2+ years of previous sales experience, including solid knowledge of telephone sales. A business related diploma or degree is an asset. Responsive and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as superior written and verbal English communication skills. Detail oriented and organized with strong time management skills. Able to multitask in a fast paced environment and work within tight deadlines. Able to monitor the progress and status of deliverables and communicate appropriately. Flexible and able to meet the changing needs of the sales team. Proficient user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Must possess a passport and be able to travel within North America.
