Shipping /Traffic Coordinator

To be based at 102 Dawson Drive, Dieppe NB.

Irving Tissue is a manufacturer of quality household paper products.  Consumers know us by our Majesta and Royale brands.  Based in Dieppe, NB, we are part of the Irving Group of Companies.

Reporting to the DC Warehouse Coordinator, the successful candidate will be a self starter with a strong work ethic, "Can Do" attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.  This position is a full time, 12-hour, rotating shift.

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A College Diploma or related business experience;
• Warehouse shipping experience with One World;
• Familiar with traffic and distribution systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all shipping functions relating to customer/outside storage loads leaving the distribution center;
• Complete and verify accuracy of customer documentation  for international loads;
• Daily communication with Production,  Customer Service Department, Midland Transport and various carriers with movement of loads;
• Create Bills of Lading and interface with One World system on all ship-confirm orders;
• Coordinate the off loading of inbound loads both finished goods;
• Enter Chep Pallet information into database as loads are shipped;
• Other related areas/projects as required.
