Essential Qualifications
- Active New Brunswick RN registration or eligible for such registration.
- Must have NRP certification, Breast Feeding Module and Fetal Monitoring within six months.
- Must have two years experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
- Must be bilingual in accordance with South-East Regional Health Authority policy, ie. ability to speak and write English and ability to speak French.
- All mandatory certifications must be up to date.
- Must have excellent assessment and communication skills
- Team orientated individual with critical thinking abilities and independent critical judgement.
- Mentally and physically able to perform assigned duties.
- Good previous work records.
- Must be able to attend work on a regular basis.

To coordinate the care of each patient's needs through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The needs of the family will be identified, and the appropriate resources notified.
