The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing an existing territory and providing professional quality service. |
| Job Description |
Daily duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Follow up on sales leads
- Negotiate Rates with Customers
- Customer Networking
- Cold Calls
- Follow up on customer activity
- Watch key shipment/accounts to ensure smooth transition with billing and shipping
- Follow up with Operations on any other customer issues |

| Requirements |
- Solid transportation sales experience or relevant experience
- US LTL sales experience would be a definite asset
- Highly motivated and results oriented individial
- A strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the transportation or related industry would be an asset
- A university degree is an asset, but not a prerequisite |
