The Opportunity
We have a current opening for an Account Manager to continue to grow one of our key accounts which is the largest car sharing company in the world. The successful candidate will have experience growing client relationships, building revenue and creating value added services for our client. In this challenging role, you will also manage a professional customer service team to deliver customer satisfaction, meet client service levels, manage the accounts profit margin and other assigned success metrics. Your dynamic leadership abilities combined with exceptional communication, analytical, and customer skills will highlight your 3-5 years of management experience. The position will require 25-30% travel. This is a full time salary plus bonus position with excellent benefits.
Salary: to be determined depending on qualifications.
The successful candidate will bring:
- A strong track record of managing and motivating a customer service team, supervisors and other direct reports through coaching and mentoring
- University Degree in Business preferred
- Analyze reports and take action regarding the productivity results, including scheduling, staffing, handle times, etc.
- Ensure results, goals and individual accountability is communicated to team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- Highly organized and strong time management and project management skills
- Recognize business opportunities, process improvement and take action to analyze, and communicate ideas to the client
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
