We are currently hiring an Operations Assistant for our Halifax office (9 month -approx contract position.) Reporting to the Department Manager, Administrative Services, this position is primarily responsible for providing various administrative support duties to the Client Services and Claims Department (faxing, filing, photocopying etc.). The incumbent will be accountable for providing a high level of professionalism, timely and efficient service to both internal and external clients as well as provide back-up support for the Reception area. Work schedule: 35 hours per week.
