| The Ideal Candidate |
This unique position will allow you to use your knowledge of recruitment strategies while acting as the primary resource for staffing, for a given region.

| Job Description |
You will support Store Managers, Coordinators and Directors of a given region in finding the best tools to fill there store positions.
|
| Responsibilities |
- Optimize attraction of candidates for store positions
-By reviewing CVs and conducting phone interviews
-Planning and attending Job Fairs
-Developing relationships with employment assistance organizations and schools
-Coordinating ad placements for vacant positions
-Organizing special recruitment activities
- Collaborate to the development and improvement or recruiting tools
- Analyse turnover rate and focus on specific stores and areas;
- Support Store Managers in the interview process;
- Participate in the recruitment process for stores where the needs are exceptional.

| Requirements |
- College degree in administration or University degree in Human Resources
- 1 to 3 years experience in recruitment
- Communication skills, in French and English
- Autonomous, dynamic, team oriented and ability to develop strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage several projects at once, to prioritize and to work with several collaborators and clients
- Outstanding creativity
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point
- Valid driver's license and ability to use car on a daily basis
- Capacity to work on the road and at home
- Available for daily travel throughout a specific region within the Atlantic Provinces

| Compensation and Benefits Details |
This company offers a full benefits package, including a starting salary of $28-$32k/yr depending on qualifications.
