Looking for a candidate who
has the ability to lead a team focused on excellent customer service, outstanding product presentation, and efficient processes, designed to achieve maximum sales while controlling costs.

| Responsibilities |
Responsible for the day to day management of the store, including covering staff when they are away. Training and hiring of new staff. Scheduling, managing budgets and inventory. Willing to work long hours. |
| Requirements |
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty. - Excellent organizational abilities - able to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced sometimes-unpredictable environment. - Must be available to work long hours -MUST have previous management experience in a high volume retail environment to be considered for this position (DISCOUNT RETAIL experience is an asset)***

-Position
pays $32,000 to $40,000 per year
-Working long hours,
on average of 50 hours per week; hourly pay
-Time and a half is paid after 45hrs per week |
