Our Hamilton client is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Operator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a very large corporation located in downtown Hamilton.
This position works Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. |
| Responsibilities |
You will be responsible for performing the following duties: - maintaining equipment such as diesel generators, compressors, chillers, boilers and air handers - must be able to perform maintenance on the above stated equipment - make adjustments to the systems in order to maintain the proper environmental conditions - perform general housekeeping duties in the mechanical rooms - ability to operate air quality measuring tools - oversee outside contractors when on site working - installing equipment |
| Requirements |
All candidates applying for this position must have a proven work history as a millwright working in the HVAC industry Candidates applying for this postion should have a working knowledge of asbestos removal levels 1 and 2. Our client will provide overview training. Applicants must be experienced with oxy-acetylene torch sets in order to perform cutting, heating and brazing.
