| Job Description |
As the successful candidate, you will use your technical abilities to plan and design water and wastewater treatment facilities and appurtenances in a dynamic design team setting. You will collaborate on developing innovative solutions for complex projects in the areas of water supply and wastewater treatment.

| Responsibilities |
Reporting to a Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: • Undertake wastewater and water hydraulic and detailed design • Undertake wastewater and water system planning and design • Write reports and design briefs • Undertake detailed design of water and wastewater treatment plants and oversee the preparation of construction drawings • Prepare Environmental Study Reports • Liaise with clients and other consultants • Prepare economic analysis for wastewater and water infrastructure projects • Prepare construction specifications, tender documents, and applications for Certificate of Approvals, etc. • Research issues related to wastewater and water resources that impact individual projects • Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner.

| Requirements |
As the successful candidate, you are registered as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario or are eligible for registration. Registration or eligibility for registration as a P.E. in the State of Michigan would be an asset. You have a minimum of five years experience in water and wastewater issues relating to Municipal Engineering. Your ability to work in a team environment, with minimal supervision, is an asset. Ideally, you are a self-motivated individual possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You have a commitment to thrive in a proactive organization where client service is second to none.
