- Various Bilingual Positions:
- Full time seasonal work (March to September)
- Hours of Operations
- 9am-8pm Monday to Friday
- 10am -7pm Saturday
- Flexible schedules (days, evenings and weekends)

As a Consumer Products Support Specialist at Blue Ocean Contact Centers, you will answer incoming calls, e-mails, and web-based inquiries from customers across North America. This will include answering general inquiries about consumer products and services and providing added value to our callers. Occasional outbound work may be required to support client needs. Your major responsibilities will be:
- To provide telephone, e-mail and web-based product or service support for various projects and products in both French and English
- To quickly and effectively assess and resolve challenging situations
- To provide customers with a superior service experience by listening carefully to them and providing information/solutions to their concerns
- To fulfill customer expectations in ways that also comply with established policies and procedures
- To effectively learn and use the software and available resources to meet the clients needs
As a successful applicant, you:
- Possess a solid command of the English and French languages
- Have previous experience in an inbound, technical, and analytical contact center environment
- Have the ability to understand and apply best practices in problem resolution process
- Possess superior communication and listening skills
- Have demonstrated your ability to be a leader in a team environment
- Possess a collaborative "what-ever it takes" attitude and flexible work ethic
- Have superior customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectations, establishing credibility and rapport with customers
- Have the ability to recognize cross selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Have strong computer training/experience (skill and accuracy testing will be administered at the time of the in person interview)
- Have a good working knowledge of the 'Windows' operating system, Internet, and e-mail
- Possess the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Possess excellent multi-tasking skills, attention to accuracy, and detail
- Have a passion for resolving problems in a timely and effective manner
- Must be able to deal with irate customers
- Maintain a positive rapport in challenging situations
- Can provide a criminal record check
