- Recent extensive experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware used for passport issuance;

| Job Description |
KNOWLEDGE: - Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle and Project Life Cycle;
- Knowledge of Canadian consular services and Consular Affairs mandate;
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies;
- Extensive knowledge of BA standards for gathering, and representing business requirements (such as use case and UML diagrams);
- Knowledge of project management and modeling tools (ex. MS Project, MS Visio).

| Requirements |
Asset Qualifications: - Knowledge of Canadian passport issuance policies, regulations and related procedures;
- Experience in supporting remotely an operational environment, consisting of at least 2,000 clients located in various areas around the world;
- Experience in developing and maintaining user documentation such as user guides and manuals;
- Experience in liaising with members of the technical users community regarding application infrastructure to clarify business requirements.
- Experience with at least three 3 different areas of information technology, such as servers, workstations, peripheral devices, a variety of software products, incident troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, end-user interfaces, security theories and principles, virus protection and system utilities, software development
