Residential Property Manager

Killam Properties Inc. (TSX:KMP) is a leading real estate company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia and is the largest owner and manager of multi-family residential rental properties and manufactured home communities in Atlantic Canada.

We are currently searching for a Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities:

• Manage of all aspects of the operation of a portfolio of multi-residential properties
• Ensure vacant apartments are leased, according to leasing procedures.
• Attend Residential Tenancy Board hearings.
• Develop budgets and complete financial reporting.
• Provide support to and supervise staff associated with the portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Effective, proven leadership skills and experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• 2-5 years experience in the Property Management Industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
