Bilingual Mobility Customer Service Positions

ICT Group Inc. has a friendly call center located in Riverview. ICT has several opportunities for Inbound Bilingual Mobility Customer Service positions within our Mobility program that are now currently available and we are seeking friendly, eager, and energetic Bilingual individuals to fill these positions. These positions are permanent.

The Opportunity:

ICT is seeking employees to start November 17th, December 1st and December 15th. (Answering customer inquiries and product issues, assisting with any service issues and other customer service issues as required). Expected hours of operation: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 8:00 am – 7:00 pm on Saturdays.

Your Qualifications:

If you are at least 18 years of age, have your High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, enjoy customer service work, have excellent skills and knowledge and are flexible about the hours that you work: We want to speak with you!
