Our client, an industry leader since 1908 and Canada's local commercial provider is currently seeking a Client Relations Manager.

 Education, Experience, & Technical Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
• 3-5 years business to business sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of the legal system
• Experience with settling client invoices
• Proven ability to read and comprehend financial statements, credit bureau files
• Must have good judgement and tolerance to make risky decisions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & YPG Systems i.e. Sun Systems, IMSP, Volt Tool
• Must be bilingual- fluent in English and French- spoken and written
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
