Our client, a leading provider of engineering services from coast to coast currently requires a Senior Electrical Technologist to join their engineering team in St. John's, NL. Reporting to the discipline engineering manager, you will interface with clients and engage in design work related to building projects using AutoCAD. To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate the following:
- A technology diploma in the electrical discipline
- 5 to 7 years experience in a comparable role
- Experience in layout, design, drafting of electrical systems for industrial, commercial and institutional buildings, power and lighting systems, alarm and fire protection, and emergency power
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Ability to work with other technicians and engineers as part of a team
