Currently we are seeking an energetic individual who is interested in a career opportunity within our National Accounting Services team located in Stellarton, NS. Please see the description below; you may be just the candidate we are looking for!

Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Supplier Revenue you will be responsible to analyze published and national program agreements for accuracy before entering them in SAP as well as the extension of all agreements at the end of year. You will maintain the vendor data base used for all vendor information as well as attaching newly listed articles to existing agreements, etc. You will provide clear subsequent settlement account for investigation and billings to vendors as well as prepare monthly working papers for these accounts in analyzing agreements for final settlement to ensure billing to vendor. You will also be involved to update warehouse info structure with new National Merchandising articles through Win runner and miscellaneous journal entries. You will also troubleshoot and problem solve within specific area of function as well as identify and offer input for better efficiencies within responsibilities.

Post Secondary education (preferably in accounting or Business Administration), Community College Diploma in Business or equivalent work experience Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications (including Excel) Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with a keen ability to relate to all levels of the organization Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent Customer Service skills Strong problem solving abilities Working knowledge of SAP within both A/R and A/P modules
