Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will provide assistance in directing the company’s accounting functions. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. You will utilize your financial expertise in the preparation and analysis of monthly statements and month end accruals. You will be called upon to provide support and guidance to senior management based on key financial performance indicators. 

You possess a professional accounting designation or are working towards the completion of your designation. As a highly competent team player and problem solver you have a strong drive and motivation to continually ensure integrity and improve financial reporting. You’ve worked in fast paced, project based environments and are well-versed in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. You are someone with sound judgment, a great attention to detail, and you possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. Results driven and high energy, you’re ready to establish yourself as a professional with a well respected Atlantic Canadian organization.
