Job Description:
- Answering Customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers.
- Meet and exceed performance targets.
- Input information into a computerized data base.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi task effectively.
- Strong Problem Solving / technical skills.
- High level of achievement and self motivation.
- Ability to work independently in high pressure situations.
Required Skills:
- Preferred Community college Diploma/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Takes ownership for customer problems and concerns and identifies / recommends continuous improvements.
- Overcomes service delivery issues and difficult customer situations.
