Our Client located in Moncton is looking for a bilingual General office clerk (accounting clerk) on a full time permanent basis.

Job description:

  • Answer calls
  • Determine and establish office procedures
  • Filing
  • Prepare contracts
  • Invoicing
  • Bookkeeping
  • Accounts receivables
  • Accounts payables

Requirements:

  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Multi tasker
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Able to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in clerical accounting
