Who Are We Seeking?

We now have an opportunity for a seasoned and talented fitness business leader to join us as Personal Training Coordinator in the Halifax, NS area.  As our regional personal training leader, you have an ability to lead our results as a key partner and influencer within the region, recruiting and developing our personal training team and driving results as a partner to club leadership teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven success as a personal trainer, with 2+ years as a team leader
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline, with relevant personal training certification
• Proven track record of evaluating, implementing, and marketing personal training
• Past success in meeting or exceeding financial targets
• Excellent leadership, influencing, time and process management skills
• Advanced office software skills including internet, e-mail, and MS Office suite

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, develop, and assist in retaining personal trainers throughout the region
• Provide input on and implement policies, services and standards for personal training department
• Support club-level teams in the achievement of revenue goals and other benchmarks
• Manage regional PFC budgets for training etc.
• Contribute to the achievement of goals and standards and ensure compliance with professional, regulatory and legal requirements
• Additional duties as required
