Who Are We Seeking?

We are now seeking a seasoned and talented fitness business leader to join us as Director, Personal Training at our Head Office in Dartmouth, NS.  As our top personal training professional you have a vision for developing a leading service in our industry, a strategic mindset, a focus on helping people through fitness, and a passion for achieving our revenue results. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven results leading personal training teams
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline, with relevant personal training certifications
• Proven track record of evaluating, designing, and implementing services, and marketing those services strategically
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding financial targets
• Excellent leadership and process management skills
• Proficient office software skills including internet, e-mail, and MS Office suite

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, develop, retain and lead a top fitness management team
• Develop and implement strategy, policies, services and standards for personal training department
• Support the strategic positioning of Nubody’s in the marketplace creating increased service utilization and achievement of revenue goals and other benchmarks
• Contribute to the development of goals and standards and ensure compliance with professional, regulatory and legal requirements
• Additional duties as required
