I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client in Richmond who has an excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager - Retail.
The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales volume targets, is an excellent communicator with good presentation skills, can work with little supervision, is highly motivated to succeed, and is able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities This position will be responsible for:

• Identifying and investigating new market opportunities and accounts.
• Developing strategic account plans to maximize sales potential and profits.
• Managing key customer relationships, while successfully delivering against the customer's expectations.
• Creating business systems and processes to effectively achieve superior results.
Requirements The successful candidate will have:

• Experience managing brokers, this is a must have.
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
• 5 to 7 years plus experience in consumer package goods Retail Sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
• Energetic and customer focused.
• Account management experience.
• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Business degree or diploma.
• Available for 25-40% travel time.
Compensation 71k - 80k
