The Ideal Candidate As the ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 5 years related administrative experience including budget management.
A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
Previous commercial real estate brokerage environment or sales organization an asset
Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day administrative operations of the brokerage division of the Edmonton office where there are 42 employees (commissioned and support). Your role will include working closely with the Office Managing Director to ensure a productive and successful operation of the office by overseeing costs, providing support service to sales and supervising support staff.
Responsibilities Key accountabilities include;
Management of Personnel, Budgeting, Conveyancing, Office Systems Purchasing, Communications, Marketing & Advertising, Computer Systems, Facilities, General Administration.
Requirements As the ideal candidate, you are an independent self-starter who values team work. You must have excellent organizational and prioritization skills. You will be able to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, deal intuitively with situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision.
You must be able to multi-task and be able to recognize and address important and time-sensitive tasks and matters. The suitable candidate will possess the following characteristics; Mature, patient, conscientious, reliable, flexible, tolerant, forthright, ability to balance challenges, loyal, great sense of humour and able to deal with strong personalities.
Compensation 51k - 60k
Compensation and Benefits Details -Total compensation made up of base salary plus incentive bonuses
