This position requires someone who is passionate, an expert multi-tasker and self-starter who has excellen Microsoft Office skills. |
| Responsibilities |
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepare expense reports; process invoices accurately - Provide assistance with office administration, photocopying and purchase orders - Manage Outlook appointment schedule and related arrangements - Print, distribute and maintain computerized and financial reports - Assist in preparation of reports and presentations - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for Director - Maintain filing system for Director - Perform miscellaneous duties as required

| Requirements |
- 1-2 years of experience in the Government Sector - Fluently Bilingual (French and English) written and oral - Valid Enhanced or Secret Security clearance - Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities - knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook - Strong multitasking skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
