• creation of long-term financial planning and strategy to meet targets and increase profitability
• identification of customer market segments and interpretation of economic trends to facilitate new strategies as required
• evaluation, development and implementation of cost-effective operations systems and procedures

To succeed in this challenging role the successful candidate requires a degree in Business or Engineering, along with a proven track record of success working in progressively more responsible positions in C.P.G. manufacturing environments (Personal Care Products Preferred). A background in devising marketing initiatives that align with overall business, strong analytical, financial, and operational skills are essential.
