Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Junior Accounts Payable Associate is an entry level position and is responsible for the following duties for the Atlantic Region:
- Sorting, processing and entering expense invoices into our IDS system
- Enter freight invoices into our IDS system
- Ensure credits & debits are posted to vendor's accounts promptly & accurately
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Filing
This position requires the candidate to be efficient, organized, detail orientated and proficient in data entry.
The successful candidate must possess the following key qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office Software would be a definite asset
