The M-I SWACO Environmental Solutions group is seeking to recruit a Shaker Mechanic based out of Spruce Grove, Alberta.  The successful candidate will possess 3 years mechanics experience, ability to operate a forklift, strong communications skills, proficiency on computers and knowledge of MS office products. This position will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the shop environment of safety.  M-I SWACO offers competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package to qualified individuals.

Position Title: Shaker Mechanic

Location: Spruce Grove, AB

Department: Environmental Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Prepare capital equipment for delivery to customer
• Repair customer owned shakers to OEM specifications
• Organizing the service shop and yard
• Building wiring harnesses
• Changing motors and starters
• Assist with handling special projects

Qualifications/Education:

• Motivated individual with 3 years of experience in service shop
• Experience with use and operation of a forklift
• Commitment to safety in the workplace
• Candidates with strong oral and written communication skills are preferred
• Proficiency with using a computer in a Microsoft environment is considered a strong asset
