M-I SWACO is seeking to recruit a qualified Field Technician who possesses 3 years experience in the oilfield industry, inclusive of experience with installation of centrifuges, knowledge of solids control, waste injection, pressure control and shaker technologies considered an asset. This individual also needs to be committed to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental principles and practices, and be proficient with computers in MS Office products.  As a Field Technician within our Environmental Solutions department, you will be responsible for consistently delivering quality products and services to our valued clients.  This position is a strong fit for a person who has attention to details and enjoys working in a team environment.  M-I SWACO offers a competitive compensation package; including a competitive salary & comprehensive benefit package.

Position Title: Field Technician

Department: Environmental Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Field installation (setup and tear outs) of equipment
• Customer support and maintenance for all equipment
• Promoting new technology and service support options to customers
• Conducting maintenance and overhaul in a shop environment
• Assist with handling special projects

Qualifications/Education:

• Motivated individual with 3 years of experience in the oilfield service industry
• Experience with installation and service of centrifuges
• Experience and knowledge of solids control, waste injection, pressure control and shaker technologies
• Commitment to safety in the workplace
• Proficiency with using a computer in a Microsoft environment is considered a strong asset
