Our client, a leading engineering, surveying, and planning company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Burnside location. This is a permanent opportunity.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for accurate word processing. Your responsibilities will include assisting with meeting preparations, arranging meetings and conference calls, assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports, managing office supplies, composing correspondence, maintaining company files, as well as other administrative tasks as required.
As the ideal candidate, you have relevant post-secondary education as well as two years experience in an administrative support role. You are highly organized with excellent time management skills and have superior word processing abilities. You have a proven ability to effectively communicate and enjoy working in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
