We are currently sourcing Tier 2 Support Analysts!

As a result, of CGI's continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our CGI Atlantic team as an Analyst utilizing your skills.

Role:
To provide application support & maintenance of high profile applications for a leading Canadian client.  The successful candidate will have previous support experience in a fast-paced environment, and a track record for excellent customer service and quick turn-around time.  Technical strength is essential.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide application support & maintenance for high profile applications
• Action oriented; excel in a fast paced environment
• Tier 2, Client Server
• Previous Tier 2 Support is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively with business areas and technical team members.
• On call pager work required (you will be compensated for this).

Required Work Experience:

• 2 + years of demonstrated experience with the duties listed above.

Technical Skills:

• C,C++
• VB 5/6
• SQL
• Unix (SUN)

Soft Skills:

• Team Player
• Quick learner
• Ability to work with remote clients, and team members
• Positive "can-do" attitude

Travel:

• Some travel might be required.
