Responsibilities Liquor Cost Control:
Ordering, Receiving, Storage, Posting of invoices, Counting of inventory

Labor Control:
Hiring of staff, Schedules, Discipline of staff, CPHP, Training and follow-ups, Staff evaluations

Quality, Service, and Cleanliness:
Plate presentation, Cleaning procedures, Diagnostics, Bodycote, Territory manager reports, Mystery Customers, Suggestive Selling

Reports:
Quality/Quantity, Temperature Control, Cleanliness Report, Bathroom Inspections, Safe audit, Waste Sheet

Other Responsibilities:
Staff Inspections, Staff Meetings, Break control for the staff, Ensuring follow-ups with other management, Dinning Room Supervision from 11h00 to 2h00 and 4h00 to 7h00, Marketing
Requirements SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Completion of high school education
• One to three years work experience in food service or related industry
• Previous management experience in a high volume franchise restaurant
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Excellent organizational/time-management skills
• Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train others
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Basic personal computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email) a definite asset
• Bilingualism is a must

Compensation 21k -25k ($10-12.50/hr)
Compensation and Benefits Details Our Client offers a full compensation package including a base salary plus a potential bonus, benefits and meal plan.
